If certain features of Doctella are not working, such as the share box, embedding media, or other items, there could be a number of causes.
First, it is important to note that Doctella's internet browser of choice is Google Chrome. We work best on this platform and our users tend to find issues on older versions of Internet Explorer. Please make sure you are using an updated version of a supported browser.
Second, check to make sure that your internet settings are not interfering with Doctella. Many hospitals have high internet security settings due to the nature of the types of data that is being held. This often results in some of our features being disrupted. Some possibilities:
Third, try the old "turn it off and turn it back on" strategy. Here, go to your history and clear your "Cached images and files."
